GENERAL SCHOOL RULES

SCHOOL RULES ARE IMPORTANT PART OF LEARNING AS THEY TEACH AND TELL US WHAT WE SHOULD DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO. RULES HELP US TO BECOME A BETTER PERSON IN THE FUTURE.

·        Regularity:-

All the students must reach the school before 07.50 a.m.(in winter)/ 7.20 a.m. (in summer). School starts at 8.00 a.m. (in winter)/ 7.30 a.m. (in summer). If the student reach school after 8.00 a.m. (in winter) / 7.30 a.m. (in summer) the teacher incharge will record his or her late entry in the discipline record in the student’s diary. The child will be marked absent, due to which child will miss 100% attendance award.

·         School Uniform:-

It is obligatory on all school days and official functions. It is the duty of the parents to see that the students come to school neatly dressed in proper school uniform. No jewellery is permitted, except small studs.

·        Attendance is Compulsory:-

No student is allowed to leave the school during school hours.

·        Speaking in English is mandatory.

·        Parents must ensure that home work should be done regularly.

·        Proper hygiene must be maintained.

·        Parents must ensure that the child carries the relevant books only, according to the time table.

·     Parents need to maintain regular contact with the teachers regarding their child’s progress. For this parents have to take prior appointment apart from PTM (Parents Teacher Meeting). Parents have to go through/ check the diary and school Mobile App regularly.

·        It is mandatory to attend PTM which is to be held on the first Saturday of the month as per the given timings.

·        If any damage is caused to the school property, cost is to be borne by the student.

·        Students are required to carry a pass while leaving the classroom.

·        Students are not permitted to bring electronic gadgets, sports equipments, smart watches, headphones, mobile phones. These will be confiscated and will not be returned to the students.

·        All the students must wear clean and ironed uniform and polished shoes every day.

·        All the students must come in proper school uniform while visiting the school for any purpose.

·        Parents are required to intimate school office regarding the change of contact number and address.

·        No exchange of gifts by the students with the teachers.

·        No vehicle, except bicycle is allowed for the students.

·        Parents/ students can drop suggestions/ complaints in the suggestion box.

·        Each student needs to submit one book for class library as per CBSE guidelines.

·        In case of serious medical problems, the application should be sent along with medical certificate/ doctor’s prescription.

·        Sick child should not be sent to school for the purpose of appearing in the Unit test only or for attendance sake.

·        Individual birthdays will be celebrated in the class-room only by distributing candies/ toffees. Child can come in decent formals.
